Here is the step by step guidelines that how to deactivate Paytm account . 

• Open your Paytm App .

• On the home screen click on the Top left corner  ( on Three Horizontal lines  )

• Select  24*7 Help .

• Then click on Profile Settings  .

• Select I Need to close / delete my account  .

• Then Select I don't use this Paytm account  .

• Click on Massage Us to Submit your request  . 

• The customer care team will Verify your request and close your Paytm account permanently .

How Can I remove my details from Paytm 

• Login to your Paytm mobile app with your old mobile number  .

• Click on 3 line  ( At the Top left corner  ) .

• Click on 24×7 Help  .

• Now Navigate to Profile Settings  .

• Then select I Need to close/delete my account  .

• Now Select I don't use this Paytm account  .

• Then click on Massage us to rise a request  .

• Your details will be removed after closing of your account  .

How to delete Paytm  History  

Here is the step by step guidelines that how to delete Paytm History  . You can't delete your Paytm History directly  . Paytm doesn't Provides any direct methods to delete its transactions History  . 

But you can delete Paytm History by Contacting customer care  or by deleting Paytm account permanently  . 

• Open your Paytm App .

• On the home screen click on the Top left corner  ( on Three Horizontal lines  )

• Select  24*7 Help .

• Then click on Profile Settings  .

• Select I Need to close / delete my account  .

• Then Select I don't use this Paytm account  .

• Click on Massage Us to Submit your request  . 

• The customer care team will Verify your request and close your Paytm account permanently  and your all transaction History will be deleted automatically  .

How to add money in Paytm wallet 

Here is the step by step guidelines to add money in Paytm wallet  .

• First open your Paytm App  .

• Tap on Add Money Icon ( Located on Home screen  ) .

• Choose the options to add money  ( You can choose different ways such as Credit Card  , Debit Card  , UPI , Net Banking  , Paytm Payment Bank etc...

• Now Enter the Amount you want to add .

• Then tap on add money  .

• After that you will be redirected to a Payment page .

• Here you have to add Payment details  .

• Add your Debit or Credit Card details  and save .

• Once you have Enter the details on your Bank's page & complete the transaction you will be redirected to your Paytm App with money added in your Paytm wallet  .

How to add bank account in Paytm

Here is the step by step guidelines that how to add bank account in Paytm. 

• Open the Paytm payment app. 

• Tap on the Profile Icon. 

• Navigate to Menu and Select  Payment Settings. 

• Now click on UPI & Linked Bank accounts. 

• Then click on Paytm payments bank. 

• Then click on Add new Bank account. 

• Choose your Bank from the Bank list. 

• Now add required details. 

• Verify your bank account. 

• This is the basic procedure to add bank account in Paytm payment app. 

• Now you can Send and recive money on Paytm securely. 

• You can add multiple accounts in Paytm mobile app. 

• Remember that your Bank account must be linked with your aadhaar linked mobile number.
